I've tried for several years now to find a good id band for my babies. I really wanted something that came in enough colors to support my sometimes larger litters (I like my babies to all to have their own little identity right from the start). I also wanted something that would be soft and comfortable...not stiff...or made out of paper. After many attempts, I finally came up with my Whelping Id Bands, and they've worked so well for me, I've decided to share them!
Since creating the fleece bands. I have had several requests for bands made out of ribbon...which of course I went crazy with! I found SO MANY cute patterns and colors...my collection just keeps on growing! Personally, I still prefer the fleece bands for functionality. They have a little "give" and are very soft and snuggly. The ribbon bands certainly are darling though and perfect for those puppy or kitten photo shoots!  Please keep in mind these are not overly fancy, they are 1/2" strips of fleece or 3/8" strips of ribbon with velcro on each end.
